Designed tools to help pet owners proactively take better care of their pets, while also improving overall engagement on the platform. Worked with vets to improve their platform and help streamline the process of having users call in.

Primarily worked on eCompliance — a cloud based safety product developed to keep front-line workers in various industries safe. Worked with a product manager and a squad of developers to design and ship product enhancements based on customer needs & requests.

Figure 1 was a social media platform for health care professionals. Worked on the growth team to help with retention before moving to the core team, where I worked on engagement features like better quizzes and virtual grand rounds — all aimed at helping with healthcare education.

Connected
Summer 2016
Connected was a product development agency tackling IOT products at the time. While working there I got exposure to how an agency is run and collaborated with other designers and devs on tackling product issues from our clients. Connected was acquired by Thoughtworks in 2022.

Format
Summer 2015
Interned at Format in 2015, a startup that creates online portfolios. Worked on improving the UX and interface of the product's main dashboard, assisted with redesigning some of their older themes, and contributed to marketing material for Format Magazine. Format was acquired by Zenfolio in 2021.
